It’s easy to see why the adidas 1 Basketball x Fear of God Athletics Carbon is a sought-after iteration among sneakerheads, as the all-black upper has a knit textile construction and a stretchy neoprene collar for a sock-like fit. An ankle bungee secures the traditional lacing system in place, ensuring the kicks feel supportive on your feet each time you lace them up.
If you look closely at the moulded midfoot cage, you’ll realise it subtly serves as the signature Three Stripes. The black heel bar features an embossed Fear of God logo, serving as the brand’s stamp of approval.
