If you thought Nike would stop with the legendary Dunk releases after 2020, you were sorely mistaken. The legendary sportswear giant look set to give Dunk another massive year, with this Court Purple colourway perhaps the best we’ve seen. The premium leather uppers are complemented by a half and half colour scheme we are used to seeing with Air Jordan 1s. The heel panelling coming in a bright purple hue, whilst the toebox comes in black. These colours are contrasted perfectly by the white underlays. The usual Dunk design aspects feature, with Nike swooshes featuring on both lateral and medial sides of the shoe. A perforated toe box features, as does the iconic Nike Air branding on the heel tab. Underfoot, an OG Dunk sole unit houses Nike Air technology to guarantee comfort whether you are skateboarding or not. The colourway perfectly matches the shoes upper, completing this stunning silhouette’s look.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Our shipping partners do their best to ensure you receive your package on time, however occasional delays do occur. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable events such as:

ITEM NOT RECEIVED :

If you have successfully placed an order and have not received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. You need to contact the carrier to find your bag as once the item is bagged we don’t have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if the issues still persist kindly Email us at support@fashionmarshall.us will try our best to assist you.

IMPORTANT: Customers are responsible for providing us with the correct shipping and billing address. If you realize that this is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the product has already been shipped a refund cannot be processed until the product has been returned to us.

Cancel/Modify:

If you have to cancel/modify the order you can do it within 12 hours of placing the order.
Please email us at support@fashionmarshall.us to modify/cancel the order.
If you cancel the order, you will be charged a fee (2.9%+0.3$) of the order value. This is a payment gateway fee, we do not keep this fee

Replace Products

If the item is not as described. This includes wrong color, design, wrong size, wrong style, or poor quality. (Please make sure to have a look at our sizing charts on product pages). Please provide proof that the item received is not as described and our team will resend replacement for you at no additional cost.

Returns:

Return period: within 15 days of receiving your order.
The product is in poor condition (damage, incorrect object, or poor printing quality), or if the packaging has been tampered with or the product has been damaged during delivery. This item is eligible for a full refund or replacement
We do not accept returns for personalized products which are customized by you!
We do not accept returns if you have chosen the wrong size, wrong color, and wrong type

Refunds:

If you don’t receive your product after 45 business days from the day you purchased it (which rarely happens), we will refund you 100% of your money.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on the form of payment, you will receive your refund within 5 – 10 business days.

NOTE:

We typically DO NOT accept refunds or replacements due to customer mistakes such as:

Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
Failing to preview the design carefully to see if it’s well set (as all of our printing files are automatically generated precisely as same as the preview on our website)

So please review your order carefully before you check out to ensure your order is correct.

Please allow the 20% difference between the advertised images and the actual item you received. Sometimes advertised images may slightly differ from the actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display.
